Re-elected Chairman of the Intimate Hotels of Barbados, Mahmood Patel reports that summer bookings continue to be slow despite the Crop Over Festival approaching its climax.
Mr. Patel tells Starcom Network News that the slow bookings are a result of the high cost of airfares to come to the island as well as the recent capping of passengers by airlines.
He was speaking following the Intimate Hotels of Barbados annual general meeting this morning.
