Bdos Police: Viral Baby Suffocation Video From J’ca/Baby Safe

The Barbados Police Service stresses that a viral video showing a child in what appears to be an attempted suffocation is from Jamaica and did not occur in Barbados.

The video has been making the rounds on social media showing a baby in diapers crying with a plastic bag over its head.

The police acting public relations officer, Inspector Stephen Griffith, tells STARCOM Network News the Barbados police looked into the matter. He also stated that the child survived the ordeal.
