The President of the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners, Dr. Lynda Williams, warns Barbadians not to drop their guard as the country tackles a fourth wave of Covid-19.

She says the more transmissible variants are a cause for concern and stresses that vaccination is still the best form of protection.
