Some petrol stations will be open tomorrow and Whit Monday after all.

The Petrol Dealers Association had published a notice saying the stations would be closed and they indicated it made little financial sense operating on Sundays if they could not do business at their auto marts.

But head of the association Aldo Ho Kong King confirmed to Starcom Network News this morning that following inquiries from public service vehicle operators and other interests, they have changed that decision.

Head of the Alliance of Owners of Public Transport  Roy Raphael also tells Starcom Network News they have been informed of the change in position.
