Chinese construction worker injured in 30ft plunge

A Chinese construction worker has suffered a number of injuries after falling into a 30ft hole on the Sam Lord’s Castle Hotel site.

He was rescued by the fire service which got the call just before 3pm.

The injured man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
