A diplomatic row of sorts could be brewing between Barbados and Antigua and Barbuda over Barbados’ classification of that country as medium-risk for covid-19.
Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister Gaston Browne says some potential visitors to the country who became aware of the Barbados classification cancelled their trips. He says he’s written Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley on the matter.
He says it has the potential to hurt Antigua’s tourist industry.
