Accused Argentinian skimmer remanded

Argentinian national Joaquin Alberto Lobo has been remanded to Dodds Prison until August 14.

the Thirty-three-year-old, who entered Barbados by plane on July 3rd appeared in court here today on two theft charges.

He pleaded not guilty stealing $3,040, which belonged to the Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union Limited between July 6th and 7th.

Joaquin is also accused but not required to plead to stealing $79,770  belonging to CIBC FirstCaribbean between July 5th and 8th.
