BNTCL to spend six million dollars to repair aging oil and gas pipelines

Minister of Energy and Water Resources Wilfred Abrahams has announced plans by the state-owned Barbados National Terminal Company Limited to spend six million dollars on inspection and maintenance of its natural gas and oil pipelines.

Speaking at a news conference this morning Mr. Abrahams said there is no need for any concern but that the company is seeking to act before a problem arises.
