Minister of the Environment and National Beautification, Adrian Forde warns illegal dumpers that they will be sternly dealt with.

He was speaking at the launch of the Community Empowerment and Environmental Partnership to mark World Environment Day.

Mr. Forde says he will not tolerate the increasing trend of people illegally dumping.
