Man Stabbed in Brittons Hill Identified

 

The victim of the stabbing incident which occurred at Brittons Hill, has been identified as Reuben Griffith, 31-years of Brittons Hill, St. Michael. The incident occurred at around 3:15pm on Saturday, June 4th at the junction of Brittons New Road and Gunsite Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael.

Starcom Network spoke with Inspector of Police, Wendley Carter. He says, “An incident which occurred between two males about 1515 (3:15 pm) at Gun Site road Brittons Hill, as a result one was injured, he was taken to the QEH (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) by private motor vehicle, he was later pronounced dead at 1614 hundred hours (4:14 pm) at the QEH, we are presently undergoing investigations.

A resident, who was called to the scene, also spoke to Starcom Network News about what transpired.
