Residents of White Hill, St. Andrew say the lack of running water to the area hampered their efforts to battle a blaze that destroyed a home and damaged a neighbouring barber shop. A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder. Kadeem Jason Phillips of #3 Lascelles Terrace, Pinelands, St. Michael is accused killing of Che Gibbons of Harbour View Pinelands, St. Michael, who was fatally stabbed on March 21, 2022.
