St. Philip Teen Charged with Assisting Offender

The Barbados Police Service has charged an 18-year-old St. Philip man in connection with a major crime investigation.

The Major Crime Unit (MCU) of the TBPS has arrested and formally charged Quan O’Brian Luke, of Chapel Land No. 2, St. Philip, with the offence of assisting an offender.

Luke is scheduled to appear before the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025.

Police say investigations are continuing.
