One Family Program receives another donation

Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey, emphasized the significance of the One Family Program this morning, urging Barbadians and private sector companies to lend their support to the initiative.

The program currently provides direct financial assistance to nearly 1,000 of the most vulnerable families in Barbados, with over 100 receiving direct aid.

Humphrey made these remarks at the Barbados Public Workers’ Cooperative Credit Union Limited (BPWCCUL) on Belmont Road, St. Michael, following a donation of $12,000.
