Two men have been remanded to Dodds Prison accused of murdering Mitch Boyce at the Rubis Service Station in Kirtons, St. Philip on January 12th, 2025.
Rushon Ramon Ricardo Gittens, 26 of Browne’s Gap Sargeants Village, Christ Church and Shamario McDonald Kirton, 20 of Vauxhall #2, Christ Church were today jointly charged for Boyce’s murder in the District “A” Criminal Court before Magistrate Manila Renee.
Both Gittens and Kirton also face other joint and separate charges of serious bodily harm, endangering life, possession and use of firearms, aggravated criminal damage, and violent disorder, inter alia.
Gittens and Kirton were not required to plead to the indictable charges and were quickly whisked away under heavy police protection to Dodds Prison until they reappear in court on April 9th, 2025.
