Three people have been hospitalized after their house exploded, following what appeared to be a natural gas leak at Bayland, St. Michael.
The victims, 45-year-old Andrew Maughn, 48-year-old Venice Codrington, and 49-year-old Nicholas White, are reportedly being treated at the QEH for 2nd-degree burns about the body.
Starcom Network News understands the fire occurred sometime around 5 o’clock this morning.
The house was destroyed in the explosion. When Starcom Network visited the area, workers from the National Petroleum Company were at the scene, turning off the gas pipeline.
