Lane being questioned

A Minister of government is currently being questioned by the police.

Starcom Network News has confirmed that Corey Lane, Minister of State in the Office of the Attorney General with Responsibility for Crime Prevention, is at the District D Police Station.

He is said to have arrived there accompanied by leading criminal attorney at law, Kings Counsel Michael Lashley.

Mr. Lane is said to be assisting the police with investigations into a matter.

The details of that matter were not disclosed.
