A Los Angeles jury on Tuesday found rapper A$AP Rocky, partner of Barbadian National Hero, Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty, NOT GUILTY in connection with a 2021 shooting that stemmed from a heated exchange with his onetime friend and bandmate.
The verdict was read in court around 8:58PM Eastern Caribbean Time.
The 36-year-old rapper, whose real name is Rakim Mayers celebrated with his legal team as the verdict was announced LIVE on most Cable Networks in the USA.
The verdict concludes a three-week trial during which prosecutors painted the 36-year-old rapper, as an aggressive attacker who shot his childhood friend, rapper Terell Ephron, over a disagreement.
