Chairman of the Alliance Owners of Public Transport, Roy Raphael is putting pressure on government to pay them $25 million over the next three years to overhaul the sector with purchases for clean energy vehicles.
Raphael says they feel ignored by government who have not even paid them the $3 million promised in the last budget as the PSV sector remains in limbo.
Raphael told Starcom Network News why receiving this money is so crucial at this time.
