A fatal collision has occurred at Speightstown, St. Peter.
Starcom Network News understands that a female motorist crashed into a pole and was deceased at the scene.
The woman, a 43-year-old school teacher, was accompanied by her four-year-old son, who was uninjured.
There is speculation that the female driver suffered a medical episode before the collision.
The incident happened about 3:30 pm along the KNR Husbands Highway at its junction with Chapel Street.
