A dozen new garbage trucks were this afternoon being cleared from the Bridgetown Port and should hit the streets on Monday which the Sanitation Service Authority says should have a significant impact on its service delivery.
SSA Chairman Ramon Alleyne spoke to Starcom Network News as the SSA staff were preparing to drive the new trucks out of the port.
Another 14 new trucks are due to arrive in the island by year-end.
