40 thousand get tax refunds

The Ministry of Finance has announced that nearly 40 thousand Barbadians have received tax refunds and reverse tax credit payments are to be made by mid- December.

Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Ryan Straughn tells Starcom Network News that government is aiming to restore consistency to tax administration.

Mr. Straughn acknowledged that they were some delays in previous years but says government has been working to resolve those issues.
