Chief Executive Officer of the National Cultural Foundation Carol Roberts, has appealed to the public not to disrupt the Kadooment bands this year.
Ms. Roberts was speaking at the media launch of the festival’s flagship event which has been renamed Flow Grand Kadooment, as it has a new title sponsor.
She urges support for all the Kadooment bands.
