Smooth start to world cup

Chairman of the National Organizing Committee, Noel Lynch, tells Starcom Network News, that with matches having started in Barbados last night, the systems were put to the test and he’s satisfied with the outcome with just a few snags to be corrected.

Mr. Lynch notes that there are visitors already on island for the cricket and based on bookings, Barbados is on track to welcome up to 35 thousand cricket fans this month.
