The body of a man has been found hanging at his residence at Thorne’s Gap, Lands End, St. Michael in what is believed to have been a suicide.

Starcom Network News understands that the man’s body was discovered by a family member about 8 am.

Friends and neighbours tell Starcom Network News they are surprised at what transpired as they saw him as recently as last night and had no indication that something like this might happen.

The deceased was known by the nickname “Sheriff”.

Neighbours describe him as a pleasant and hard-working person.
