Hoteliers report a strong tourism performance in the first quarter of the year with arrivals well outpacing the 2023 numbers and business for the coming summer also expected to surpass last year’s.

This has been disclosed by Chairman of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association, Renee Coppin, who was delivering the BHTA’s quarterly media update.

Summer arrivals are also predicted to be up on last year and to get an additional boost from the Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup.
