Barbados has recorded a double road fatality, the fourth and fifth such fatalities in four days.
Two passengers in a car, a female and a male, died when the vehicle in which they were traveling, a gold colored Toyota Corolla, crashed along Hastings main road in Christ Church about 3 30 this morning.
The vehicle was traveling towards Bridgetown when it crashed into the wall of the Soco Hotel and a utility pole.
There were four people in the vehicle.
A male died at the hospital while a female died at the scene.
These deaths are the fourth and fifth road fatalities in four days and the 7th and 8th for the year.
