Barbados is getting an increase in flights from the US and Canada for the next winter season.

This has been revealed by the Minister of Tourism International Transport Ian Gooding Edgehill during a ceremony to mark the first British Airways Dreamliner flight to Barbados.

Speaking at the Grantley Adams International Airport, he announced the increase in airlift.

Barbados will also see an increase in flights this winter from the European market by British Airways.
