Two men have been transported to the hospital, one with a gunshot wound to the head, after a shooting at Princess Royal Avenue, the Pine, St. Michael.
The police say officers responded to a report of two men being shot at Hilton Row, Princess Royal Avenue, St. Michael.
The report was received at the District A Police Station at about 2:45 pm today.
According to a police statement, two males, one 31 years old and the other aged 36, were in the backyard of a residence watching television when gunshots were heard.
The bullets were fired through the paling structure of the residence , and one man was hit in his head and arm while the other man was shot in one leg. They were both transported to the QEH by private transport.
