A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after an alleged attack on Rockley Main Road in Christ Church near the taxi stand.

Bystanders say the victim suffered deep lacerations and a doctor who was passing the area administered medical care to try to stem the flow of blood.

Meantime the female driver of a passing maxi taxi that was caught in the melee recounted the events
