Government is accelerating and expanding its mill and pave road repair program.

Minister of Transport and Works, Santia Bradshaw, provided an update following a tour today with Prime Minister Mottley and other officials.

She disclosed that more repairs will be done on the south coast main road as well as at Salters, St. George and other areas on the south and west coasts and central parts of the island.

Ms. Bradshaw revealed that additional funds will be allocated to repair other deteriorating roads that will require more extensive work beyond mill and pave.
