Rowe Pleads Not Guilty In High Court

Two days after being removed from the post of Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly, MP Neil Rowe has been arraigned in the High Court on a rape charge.

As we hear from Tonisha Rock-Yaw, Mr. Rowe, the Member of Parliament for St. Michael North West has pleaded not guilty and remains on bail.
