The police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing elderly mental outpatient.
He is 76-year-old Orsan DeFreitas of Number 15 Clapham Park, St. Michael who was last seen about 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
Mr. Defreitas is about 5 feet inches tall, of slim build, brown complexion and has an oval head, big nose, and grey hair, beard and moustache
He was last seen wearing a white three quarter pants with a polo horse to the front, a black T-shirt with Nike tracks on it, navy blue crocks and an orange cap.
He is said to be an outpatient of the Psychiatric Hospital and is in the habit of leaving home for extended periods of time and also frequents Nelson Street and Reed Street, The City.
