A man was shot in the arm and robbed of his gold jewelry this afternoon at Pilgrim Road, Christ Church.

The incident happened around 1:30 pm.

An eyewitness tells Starcom Network News that two female drivers had been involved in a collision, and the police came to the scene.

A male acquaintance of one of the females also came to the location and was wearing gold jewelry.

The eyewitness said that shortly after the police left the area, two men appeared, and one of them shot the man, and they
took his jewelry.

The two assailants and then fled the scene while the police were contacted and returned to the location.
