Six Year Old Dies Four Months After Being Struck By ZR

A six year old girl has died four months after being struck by a route taxi while crossing the road near her home at Marine Road, Bush Hall, St. Michael.

Trecia Deane, the grandmother of Jazmine Clarke, tells Starcom Network News the little girl passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the earl hours of this morning just a week after she had undergone yet another medical procedure to help repair her throat that had been crushed during the accident that occurred on July 27th.

Jazmine has been in an out of hospital since then and had not been able to return to school.

Jasmine recently had an operation to repair her air way and was back at home but yesterday took a turn for the worse.

Doctor were unable to revive the little girl. The family now wants justice noting no one has been charged in relation to the incident.
