Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has been providing an update on a long-mooted plan to relocate coconut vendors from along the highways to designated areas.
She was responding to a member of the public who accused some of the vendors of creating a garbage dump along the road way.
Prime Minister Mottley made it clear she was not happy with the pace at which the relocation plan was progressing.
Miss Mottley says the first lay-by is being set up at Redman’s Village and others are to follow.
