There has been a break-in at the Charles F. Broome Memorial Primary School at Government Hill, St. Michael.
The Ministry of Education says the burglary occurred over the weekend and that the police reported that doors were kicked in and locks broken.
Police officers were today on the scene taking fingerprints.
The Ministry says that during that process the affected classes were integrated into nearby locations.
Repairs were due to be conducted on the doors and locks today, and regular classes are due to tomorrow.
