Barbadian performing artistes are hailing as a success a National Cultural Foundation led tour to Miami Carnival to promote Bajan soca music and the 2024 Crop Over Festival.

The team on tour included reigning Tune of the Crop monarch Quan, the third placed Lead Pipe and his performing  partner Saddis along with other Bajan soca stars such as Lil Rick, Peter Ram, Hypa Sounds, Edwin Yearwood and Allison Hinds.

The Miami trip follows a similar promotion at last month’s West Indian Day Parade and Carnival in Brooklyn, New York.

Artiste manager, Ingrid Holder, tells Starcom Network News the Barbadian performers were well received at both events.
