Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has been highly critical of the service offered to travellers in the region by InterCaribbean Airways
He says the service offered to St. Vincent and the Grenadines by the Turks and Caicos-based Inter Caribbean Airways is “absolutely terrible” and that he is awaiting documents related to a “new LIAT”.
Over the past months, InterCaribbean passengers have been complaining about long delays, resulting in some passengers missing international connections.
He was speaking on a radio programme called “Issue At Hand” . Prime Minister Gonsalves said he was awaiting a document from the Barbados-based Caribbean Development Bank about a new LIAT.
Dr. Gonsalves is the second CARICOM politician to complain publicly in recent times about InterCaribbean’s service.
