Barbados will welcome regional artists for a mega concert for the 50th anniversary celebration of CARICOM.

Minister responsible for culture Senator Dr. Shantel Munro-Knight says Barbados’ celebration of the 50th anniversary of CARICOM will be a display of solidarity with other Caribbean islands.

She spoke during a news conference to announce activities for the concert at the National Botanical Gardens at 6 pm on Monday, July 31st.

She also shared activities that will be held on the following day, Emancipation day.
