The Barbados Workers Union is warning hoteliers to do right by workers or face industrial action.
Deputy General Secretary, Dwaine Paul, says hotel workers are still experiencing ill-treatment and poor working conditions despite programmes implemented during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to protect the workers in that industry.
Speaking during a media briefing, Mr. Paul said the union stands ready to represent the rights of its workers.
