A number of people have been injured in a collision between two route taxis at Spooner’s Hill, St. Michael.

The accident occurred in the area near Tyrol Cot.

Both vehicles appeared to be travelling in the same direction, away from the city and towards Greene Hill.

Two ambulances were despatched to the location, and emergency medical technicians treated a number of injured people at the scene.

A woman who lives nearby heard the collision and ran outside to help.

She’s concerned about the driving habits of some public service vehicle operators.

Another resident, whose security camera footage captured the collision, shared similar sentiments about the driving habits of PSV operators.
