A woman was last night robbed of her vehicle and valuables in the vicinity of the Netball Stadium.

An onlooker told Starcom Network News that the incident occurred about 9 50 pm (Monday).

The woman is said to have been accosted by three men (our initial report said four) in black hoodies as she parked her car.

She was reportedly there to collect her daughter.

While bystanders said she was threatened at gun point the report made to the police indicated the assailants used a “weapon”.

She was reportedly told to hand over her belongings before being pulled out of the car and tossed on the ground.

The robbers then drove off with the vehicle, a Nissan Almera.
