There has been an increase in people stealing diesel from state vehicles including emergency services and officials want it to stop.

Speaking during a news conference this morning, Minister of Home Affairs and Information, Wilfred Abrahams, said various government entities including Barbados Water Authority, and hurricane shelters at being hit by thieves.

He says up to last night the weather radar facility in Castle Grant Joseph was targeted.
