AG Outlines Measures to Tackle Corruption

Attorney General, Dale Marshall, says it is important to address corruption in this country and hold public officials accountable for any wrong doings.

Mr. Marshall made the point while delivering the feature address during the opening ceremony of the Regional Anti-Corruption Conference being held here in Barbados.

He cited the case of former MP and cabinet minister Donville Inniss who recently returned home after serving a sentence in the US for money laundering.

 

Mr. Marshall noted Barbados is trying to tackle corruption and that the issue has become even more topical.

 

Mr. Marshall says government continues to put measures in place.
