Man Falls to Death in Well

A construction worker is dead after falling into a well on the southern ramp of the runway of the Grantley Adams International Airport.

65-year-old Alfred Odle of Deal Gardens, Maxwell, Christ Church was cleaning a 60-foot well prior to accidentally falling in.

The fire department received the report about 145 PM yesterday and his body was recovered about 320 pm.
