Charge of Wandering Ruled Unconstitutional

The Barbados High Court has found in favour of two female wards of the Government Industrial School by ruling the charge of wandering unconstitutional.

The ruling follows a recent announcement by Attorney General Dale Marshall that under new child rights legislation the offence of wandering will be removed from the statute books.
