A 16 year old boy has died after being stabbed several times in an incident that occurred during the Holetown Festival last night.

The victim was a student of the Alexandra Secondary School.

The stabbing happened at about two minutes to nine, near the Sandy Crest Medical facility.

The victim who had stabs about the body was initially treated at Sandy Crest and then transported to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

The perpetrator(s) is/are believed to be known to the victim and there may already be a suspect in the case.
