Attorney Questions Legality of Vehicle Electronic Tagging

King’s Counsel and Former Minister of Transport and Works, Michael Lashley, has voiced support for the new electronic tagging of vehicles but wonders if it being properly implemented by the appropriate legal authorization.

Speaking to Starcom Network News, Mr. Lashley said the new system has a number of positives but he wants to know whether the enabling legislation has been passed.
