There continues to be a major outcry from the public, church leaders, and special interest groups over a survey administered to first-formers by the ministry of education on behalf of the Inter-American Development Bank.
A statement issued last night under the name of the IADB apologises for the survey.
But a woman said to be the parent who first raised concern over the survey demands an explanation and apology from the ministry of education and written confirmation that the information taken will be discarded.
Other members of the public called into Brass Tacks with equally strong views.
Prominent religious leader, Reverend Lucille Baird, senior pastor of Mount Zion Ministries is equally outraged and says there widespread alarm over the survey.
