Police have confirmed the identities of two men shot yesterday at Eagle Hall and Westbury Road, St. Michael.

The deceased identified as 28-year-old Jarad Trismal Jones-Cox of Kings Gap, Eagle Hall, St. Michael was discovered motionless in the front passenger seat of a motorcar by police at the same address.

Black Rock Police along with personnel from the Bridgetown-based Criminal Investigations Department received the report around 6:25 pm on Tuesday 30th August after a number of shots were heard in the area.

The second report of a shooting incident at Redmans Gap, Westbury Road, St. Michael came at around 10:06 pm.

The victim in this matter has been formally identified by family members as 43-year-old Rommel Trotman of Redman’s Gap, Westbury Road, St. Michael.
